1918-Dec-2 | Is born at Azabu,Tokyo as a second son of Marquis Saburo Inoue Is a great grandson of Kaoru Inoue in the family tree Is a grandson of Kaoru Inoue in the family blood Chiyoko ,his mother is a daughter of Kaoru Inoue. Saburo, his father is a second son of Prince Taro Katsura .He becomes adopted son of Marquis Katsunosuke Inoue 9th Dec.1931:Mother Chiyoko passed away at the age of 33 years old. 4th June 1959:Father Saburo passed away at the age of 72 years old. |

School days | Studies Kobori-ryu Japanese traditional swimming under Kobori sensei, Judo under Iizuka sensei & tennis under Hirai sensei, and other disciplines including Sumo, western wrestling & golf. |
Around 1935 | Through army connection, becomes acquainted with Seiko Fujita sensei the 14th head master of Koga-ryu ninjutsu. |
1942∼1947 | Is in the military service and joins the battle field near in Burma (present Myanmar) |
1948 | Opens a small dojo at his home in Shimizu city (present Shimizu ward, Shizuoka city) By the order from Fujita Seiko sensei, he studied karate from Konishi Yasuhiro sensei and Ryukyu Kobujutsu from Taira Shinken sensei. |
1953 | Is appointed by Fujita sensei as Tokai branch head of Nippon Bujutsu Kenkyujo. |
1956 | Establishes a Karate dojo by reconstruction of a warehouse in the family house area. |
1958-May | Opens officially a dojo for students. Is awarded by Fujita sensei the certificate "Kirigami"of Shingetsu-ryu shurikenjutsu after 10years training of Shuriken. |
1960-Oct-10 | Is awarded by Taira sensei the certificate "Shihan" of Ryukyu Kobujutsu. |
1963-Apr-10 | Extends the dojo in Shimizu. |
1964-Oct | Japan Karatedo Federation (JKF) is established. |
1964-Oct-1 | Fujita sensei awards him the title "Shihan" of Shingetsu-ryu shurikenjutsu. |
1965-Jan-4 | Fujita sensei passes away at the age of 68 years old. |
1965-Jul-1 | Taira sensei awards him the certificate "Hanshi" of Ryukyu Kobujutsu. |
1967 | Taira sensei appoints him as the head of GHQ of Ryukyu Kobudo in Japan. |
1967-Aug-20 ∼1968-Aug-18 | He participates as one of four founders in Shizuoka-ken Karatedo Federation. |
1968-Jul-7 | Based on invitation from the United States, Konishi sensei and teachers of Nippon Karatedo Rengokai including Gansho Inoue visit America for the first World Budo Conference. |
1968-Sep-23 | Taira sensei appoints him as the head of All Japan GHQ of Ryukyu Kobudo Hozon Shinko Kai. |
1968-Sep-21 ∼1969-Mar-21 | Is appointed as a member of executive committee for establishment of Shizuoka Prefecture Karatedo Federation. |
1969-Mar-21 | Receives the title of "Kyoshi" from Nippon Karatedo Rengokai. |
1969-Apr-13 ∼Jul-6 | Starts conference for AGM as director of Shiuzoka Prefecture Karatedo Federation. |
1969-Aug | Organization meeting and establishment of Shizuoka Prefecture Karatedo Federation are done. |
1969 ∼1975-Apr | General Secretariat of Shizuoka Prefecture Karatedo Federation. ※During the days of General secretariat, he makes best efforts for the federation to affiliate with the Shizuoka prefecture Sports Association. |
1969-Aug-1 | Taira Shinken sensei awards him the first certificate "Menkyo Kaiden Hanshi" of Ryukyu Kobujustu and a letter of appreciation for his distinctive merit. |
1969-Aug | Gansho Inoue & students visit Okinawa. |
1969-Nov | Taira sensei visits Shimizu. (his last visit to Shimizu) |
1970-Sep-3 | Taira(Maezato) Shinken sensei passes away at the age of 73 years old. |
1971-Sep-26 | Memorial Kobudo Karate demonstration event for the late grand master Taira Shinken at Ryukyu Shinpo Hall in Okinawa. |
1972-Jun-4 | Carries out a demonstration commemorating the return of Okinawa at Shimizu city. |
1972-Oct-12 | Starts construction of new dojo on the site of Inoue family in Shimizu. |
1973-May-13 | Dojo construction is completed and the dojo opening ceremony is held. |
1973-Jun-3 | Is appointed as President of Shimizu city Karatedo Federation (till 1st January 1993) |
1974-Autumn | Meiji university Shiunjuku Kobudo-club is established. The first students visit Shimizu dojo. |
1974-Nov | Is appointed as President of Ryukyu Kobujustu Hozon Shinko Kai by all directors' consensus. |

1986-Nov-16 | The Memorial Ryukyu Kobujutsu demonstration event for the seventeenth anniversary of Shinken Taira sensei's death is held at Tojo kaikan in Japan. |
1988-Jun | Is appointed as vice president of Nippon Kobudo Shinko Kai. |
1988-Jul | Visit Australia as Japan Budo delegation members. |
1988-Nov-13 | Receives the Achievement award from Nippon Kobudo Kyokai. |
1990-Mar-11 | The 50th anniversary of foundation of Ryukyu Kobujutsu Hozon Shinko Kai is held at Tojo Kaikan in Tokyo. |
1990-Jun-1 | Moves Souhonbu [Headquarters] to Tokyo. |
1990-Jul-1 | The 55th anniversary of foundation of Nippon Kobudo Shinko Kai is held at Tojo Kaikan in Tokyo. |
1993-Jan-1 | Gansho Inoue passes away. |
He performs over 400 demonstrations with firm mind on right growth of the arts.
By invitations from overseas, he often conducts training sessions and lectures on martial arts in overseas.
Mastered all weapons kata from Taira sensei and by the order of Taira sensei, he establishes the training system of Ryukyu Kobujutsu based on the weapons kata consisting 8 kinds of weapons.
